Return Policy

Didn't fit? Isn't what you expected? Or you just don't like it?

If you find you are not in love with your purchase, we accept unworn products within 10 days from date of arrival for a full refund or store credit. Returned merchandise is required to be in original, unworn condition, tags attached, and accompanied by receipt.


You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs or return your purchase to our store.

All sale items are FINAL SALE 

Any orders made on formal dresses (noted on the product page) will incur a $20 restock fee if returned. 

Step 1:
Send an email to provide your name, address, receipt number and reason for return. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with a return authorization number and further detail on where to send your item.

Please include the print out with the merchandise so that we are able to credit you correctly.

Step 2: Addressing and shipping your return 
Please write the return address clearly on the face of the package. We suggest writing in block letters 3 inches high. And for your protection, we strongly recommend that the package is returned in a manner requiring a signature. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and reimbursement of shipping is not provided. Please send your return to 173 Post Rd. Fairfield, CT 06824.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation.
